| 1. You must define a business requirement. Stating that SSH access makes it easier for you to do your job is understandable but is not a business requirement. |
| 2. You must be willing to provide a fax or scanned copy of either your driver's license or passport. |
| 3. You must submit the IP address you are accessing our server from. This is limited to a single IP address. |
| 4. If SSH access is granted for a reseller account it will permit you access to your reseller account and not that of your customers. |
| 5. We are always more than happy to run a command on an as needed basis. Please submit a ticket through the help desk for assistance. |
