Sensitive to these privacy-conscious times, Myriad Network has created this privacy statement to fully disclose our practices for information gathering and use.* This privacy statement reveals:

Myriad Network is the sole owner of the information it gathers on this site. We will only share your information with outside parties in ways that are described in this privacy statement, as required by law, or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to conform to the edicts of the law, cooperate with law enforcement agencies, or comply with a legal process served on our Web site.

What Information Do We Collect and How Do We Use It?

Myriad Network Information

Myriad Network is a privately held information technology company whose sole business is the development of reliable, cost-effective Web hosting and Internet solutions for small and medium-sized businesses in the United States. We do not generate revenues by the sale or trade of customer, company or personal information.
  • Third Party Service Providers-Myriad Network contracts with third parties to provide some of our services to our customers with greater efficiency and lower cost. We provides third party service providers with only the information necessary to carry out the service. Third party service providers are contractually prevented from using the information received from Myriad Network for any purposes other than those dictated by us.
  • Links-The Myriad Network Web site contains links to other Web sites. We encourage you to visit these Web sites. However, please note that these sites' privacy policies may differ from those of Myriad Network. Please read the privacy statement of any Web site you may visit.
Choices Regarding the Use of Your Information

Our philosophy is simple: you are ultimately in control of your personal information. That is the standard upon which Myriad Network is built.

How to Access and Update User Information

Reasonable access to personally identifiable information will be provided within 30 days at no cost to the user. If access cannot be provided within that timeframe, Myriad Network will provide the user a date when the information will be provided. If for some reason access is denied, we will provide an explanation as why access has been denied.
  • Account Information Updates-If you need to update or change your account or contact information or change subscription preferences, you may do so by logging in to your secure Account Page.
Security

Protecting your privacy and your information is a top priority for us. We have taken careful measures to prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of your information.

Once we receive your information, it is encrypted using currently available strong encryption and stored offline within a high-security database protected by both hardware and software firewalls. All Myriad Network employees are educated in and required to comply with our privacy and security policies. All sensitive information is tightly controlled on a "need to know" basis. Personal data retained by Myriad Network is never stored on any server that can be accessed via the Internet.

If we are planning to use your personal or company information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection, we will notify you via email.
